As the co-founder and clinical director of Body Lounge Park Cities, Dr. Le Cara brings over 20 years of experience in sports medicine, chiropractic care, and functional health to create personalized wellness strategies that enhance longevity and quality of life.
With a PhD in Athletic Training, Dr. Le Cara is also a licensed chiropractor, registered nurse, and is currently pursuing his nurse practitioner degree, expected to be completed in March 2026. This continued education reflects his commitment to providing the most advanced, integrative care for his patients.
Dr. Le Cara’s multidisciplinary approach integrates evidence-based treatments, advanced diagnostics, and innovative therapies designed to support long-term vitality. At Body Lounge Park Cities, he focuses on cutting-edge techniques to slow the aging process and improve overall health, including GLP-1 agonist weight loss programs, hormone optimization, and adaptive resistance exercise (ARX) for strength and bone density.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Le Cara has a distinguished career in education. He is the Director of Education for SmartTools Plus and was previously the Director of Education for RockTape. He has developed or contributed to continuing education programs for organizations such as Trigger Point Performance, SmartTools, RockTape, and TRX Training. Dr. Le Cara also authored two chapters for the National Academy of Sports Medicine's Corrective Exercise Specialist certification program, solidifying his reputation as an expert in movement science and rehabilitation.
An accomplished educator, Dr. Le Cara also serves as an adjunct professor at both Parker University and Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. At Parker University, he developed and instructs courses in Exercise and Health, Exercise Prescription for Special Populations, and Advanced Endocrinology & Exercise. At Rocky Mountain University, he teaches curriculum on soft tissue rehabilitation for the Master's program in Athletic Training. His role in academia allows him to train the next generation of healthcare professionals while contributing to the advancement of health sciences.
As an author, Dr. Le Cara wrote Dr. Le Cara's Approach to Blood Flow Restriction Training, published in 2021. He has also been the primary or secondary author of several peer-reviewed scientific journal articles covering topics such as low back pain, kinesiology taping, and the epidemiology of injuries in men's and women's lacrosse. His extensive knowledge and clinical research experience make him a thought leader in longevity and sports medicine.
